These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of PepAsk. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify support@pepask.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

Educational service only

PepAsk provides general educational information, AI-generated explanations, source links, reconstitution demonstrations, and arithmetic tools. PepAsk is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, laboratory, emergency service, or substitute for a licensed medical professional. Use of PepAsk does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other professional relationship.

No medical diagnosis or treatment

Do not rely on PepAsk to diagnose a condition, prescribe or select treatment, determine whether a substance is appropriate for you, or replace product labeling or professional advice. If you believe you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services or poison control immediately.

AI and source limitations

AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and cited sources may not support every statement in a response. You are responsible for checking important information against original sources and qualified professional guidance. PepAsk does not guarantee that a response, citation, comparison, or summary is accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.

Calculator and reconstitution tools

Calculator outputs depend entirely on the values you enter and perform mathematical conversions only. They do not verify a product, recommend an amount, account for measurement error, or confirm that a particular use is appropriate. You are responsible for checking vial strength, concentration, units, syringe calibration, written instructions, and all results before relying on a calculation.

Products, suppliers, and third-party links

PepAsk may discuss investigational compounds or link to third-party research, videos, services, or suppliers. A mention or link does not guarantee legality, quality, sterility, safety, effectiveness, availability, or suitability. PepAsk does not control third-party products, testing, fulfillment, claims, or websites. Any transaction or interaction with a third party is between you and that third party and is governed by its terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use PepAsk to violate law, harm another person, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass access or usage limits, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape or copy the service at scale, impersonate another person, misuse another user's account, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

Your content

You retain any rights you have in information you submit. You give PepAsk permission to process that information as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service and provide the features you request. You represent that you have the right to submit the information and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

Ownership

PepAsk and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by PepAsk or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of PepAsk, including features and free-use limits, at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk, or misused the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepAsk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, merchantability, or availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepAsk and its operators, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, profits, or opportunities; or harm arising from reliance on AI output, calculations, third-party content, products, suppliers, or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how PepAsk handles information and is incorporated into these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use of PepAsk after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
